Bianca Perlet PhotoHaving grown up in a family of lawyers, Bianca has always been drawn to the legal field. A South Florida native, she began her legal career in 2014 as a Legal Secretary with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, where she assisted State Prosecutors in the handling of criminal cases. She later transitioned from criminal litigation to civil law, where she continued to expand her legal knowledge and skillset.

Bianca is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over a decade of legal experience, bringing extensive knowledge and organization to her role with Smith, Ball, Báez & Prather Injury Lawyers. She assists attorneys in both pre-suit and litigation matters and has developed a strong background in case management and litigation support through all phases of a case. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in helping cases progress efficiently and effectively, while supporting attorneys in the resolution of numerous personal injury cases and guiding injured clients through the legal process.

Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, skiing, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing her love of rescue animals.
